At Paragon Sourcing, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We aim to ensure all products meet your expectations, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • In-Hand Stock:
    Refunds are available for in-hand stock items returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition — unworn, unused, and with original packaging intact.

  • Sourced Products:
    Items sourced upon request may not be eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or not as described. This is due to the nature of bespoke sourcing, where products are ordered specifically for each customer.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and order number

  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and confirm next steps, including return instructions if applicable.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.
